Tipos de Radares de velocidad para carreteras
Horizontal Radar: flag type:
- Cantilever radar with galvanized steel structure and concrete base.
- For its installation, it must be supported by a calculation report signed by a competent engineer.
- Minimum height of lower edge at grade: 5.5m high
- It must have easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

Vertical:
- Vertical sign holder.

- Detection range: 500 meters.
- Visibility: 300 meters.

Programming panel:
The equipment can be programmed with different schedules and speed limits according to the need, for example: from 6:00 to 9:00 a speed limit, from 12:00 to 15:00 another speed limit, from 18:30 to 20:00 another one. For the acceptable speed the radar will show the information in green color and for the speeds over the limit the radar will show it in red color.
For time synchronization, the electronic board has an internal clock supported by a CR1220 lithium battery.
