Su sistema y funcionamiento
It is a two-component solvent system used with a 2-4mm bauxite aggregate or similar, resulting in the High Friction Anti-Skid Surface seal.
For installation the system cannot be installed with ambient temperatures below 5°C and the pavement temperature must be between 5°C and 35°C and must be free of ice, oils, grease, salts or any other material that affects the adhesion of the solvent to the road surface.
First of all, a surface preparation is carried out, which can be done by shot blasting, water blasting, milling or hot compressed air. Then a primer is applied to prepare the solvent layer and finally the bauxite or selected material is applied by seeding as anti-skid aggregate.
This provides indexes such as:
- SRV >70 initial - SRV>65 after 100,000 wheels.
- Erosion rate <3% after 100,000 tires
- Resistance to benzine, oil, freezing and high temperatures.
